The Law Office of Maury Mills specializes in representing workers
who have been wrongfully terminated from their jobs or otherwise
discriminated against or harassed. Wrongful termination can involve
retaliation for complaining about unlawful practices, or in some cases
being terminated without good cause, as well as being terminated for
discriminatory reasons. Discrimination can be related to race,
religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, gender, age, sexual
orientation, marital status, medical condition or physical or mental
disability. Harassment can be related to the same categories but
involves overt conduct which interferes with a worker's ability to do
their job, most commonly sexual harassment.
The office also represents union members in grievance and arbitration proceedings.
